Director of CFC#19

The Macon County Mental Health Board is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Director of CFC#19 (Child and Family Connections) an Early Intervention program. This leadership position oversees CFC#19 ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and fosters a collaborative environment for staff and families. The Director will work closely with community partners, manage budgets, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery to families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the CFC#19 program
• Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal mandates
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners
• Supervise and mentor CFC staff, promoting professional development and teamwork
• Conduct regular program evaluations and implement improvements based on findings
• Participate in grant writing and funding initiatives
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, behavioral science, social science or health-related field
• Previous experience in early childhood services, preferably in a leadership role
• Knowledge of Child and Family Connections (CFC) and Early Intervention (EI) policies and procedures
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in grant writing and program evaluation
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable transportation
