Dental Office Manager - Chicago, IL

We're a fast-growing dental practice looking for a dental office professional to be our Office Manager.

We are building a great team - if you are already an office manager that is wonderful or we are willing to train the right person, for a rewarding career as a Dental Office Manager. Must have Office or Operations Manager experience. Private Dental or Medical experience a plus. Mandarin Chinese also a plus but not required. 

Must haves are a positive attitude, a sharp intellect and a keen ability to adapt to shifting priorities and a love of people! Must be willing to learn!

• Dental office or operations background
• Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese a plus
• Administrative and leadership skills a big plus

• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

• A confident approach and an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside of the box.

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000 per year plus bonuses
