Your Role in the Frosty Symphony:

As our Frosty Treat Scheduler, you'll be the maestro of our demand forecast process. You'll harmonize efforts between various departments like Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth operations. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Unifying Efforts: Lead a collaborative demand management process by gathering and utilizing crucial demand information.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve potential issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
• Improving Processes: Be our continuous improvement champion by defining process metrics, crafting detailed process flow diagrams, and optimizing our forecasting system.
• Collaborative Communication: Maintain regular communication with production sites, discuss schedules, and address any raw material concerns to keep our frozen bakery production running smoothly.

Requirements

• Educational Background: A BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field is required. An MBA, Masters, or APICS certifications are a sweet bonus.
• Experience: 2+ years in supply chain analysis, ideally within the food, consumer products, or beverage industries. Demand Planning experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle is beneficial. Intermediate skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlook-ups, are essential.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
