As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing shipment schedules, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring every parcel reaches its destination on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Route Management: Organize and optimize delivery schedules to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.

- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery inquiries, ensuring all customer concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with shipping partners to streamline pickup and delivery operations.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve delivery issues, including lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of shipping activities, delivery timelines, and any reported issues.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to enhance delivery processes and implement new strategies for efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with tracking systems, shipping software, or logistics tools is a plus.
