Data Entry Clerk

OLI Outdoor, a leading outdoor construction company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. You will work closely with different teams within the organization to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Responsibilities

• Input and update various types of data into the company's database and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before and after entering it into the system.
• Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
• Prepare and distribute reports based on the entered data when required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in data entry software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in the construction or outdoor industry is desirable but not required.
