Credit & Collections Analyst (Entry Level)

Your Superhero Credit & Collections Analyst Tasks & Goals:

• Ability to examine, research and understand credit risks of a wide variety of clients
• Approve or deny credit on new accounts
• Release orders as they meet credit requirements
• Collections calls (50-100/week) and emails (50-100) a week
• Reduce & maintain a lower quantity of past due & pending due accounts
• Ability to work with outside counsel & agencies
• Review purchase orders, invoicing and other documents to resolve billing conflicts

Requirements

To Qualify for Superhero Credit & Collections Analyst Status:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Admin, Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 1-10 years experience in credit & collections
• Understanding of collections, credit & billing procedures
• Excellent customer facing communication style and dedication to service
• Posses all of the superhero qualities outlined above
