Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary HR contact for designated business units, aligning HR strategic solutions to meet business goals. Mitigate people-related risks and ensure the application of effective people processes.
  • Talent Management: Implement strategies to attract, identify, and retain high-potential individuals. Oversee comprehensive recruitment and retention plans, and foster a continuous learning environment through robust development programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Communications: Enhance employee engagement by interpreting internal trends, formulating impactful engagement strategies, and partnering with leadership for transparent communication. Play a pivotal role in change initiatives, guiding staff through periods of transition to ensure alignment and optimal resource allocation.
  • Organisational Effectiveness & Compliance: Provide expert counsel on a range of HR matters including performance evaluation, talent optimization, corrective actions, and more. Guarantee adherence to HR policies while managing regular HR operations. Collaborate on global HR initiatives, adapting them for local implementation.
  • Office Administration Oversight: Manage comprehensive office functions, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; further certification in HR is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in HR roles within a multinational business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical HR operations.
  • Competency in navigating international/cross-functional work environments.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a commitment to fostering a positive work culture and driving team success.
  • Practical and results-driven, with a dedication to hands-on engagement and solution-oriented management.
