Full Job Description

·         Maintain legal entity and subsidiary management system (utilizing Athennian platform), ensuring all entity data is current and accurate.

·         Generate reports from Athennian, as requested.

·         Organize and maintain virtual corporate record books.

·         Review entity documentation, liaise with clients, and prepare and submit beneficial owner information reports in accordance with the Corporate Transparency Act.

·         Prepare and timely file annual (or other periodic) reports in all U.S. states.

·         Prepare other forms, reports, and applications as needed or directed and in accordance with state regulations and requirements (e.g., formation, amendment, change of registered agent, and change in issued shares/paid-in-capital).

·         Prepare annual board and stockholder resolutions.

·         Maintain tracking system  to monitor entity maintenance filing requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

·         3+ years of relevant experience (as it pertains to the Corporate Transparency Act, prior know-your-client review and reporting is applicable).

·         Solid understanding of legal entity mechanics and corporate governance.

·         Superb attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Highly organized, with the ability to easily handle multiple tasks.

·         Motivated, self-starter with the ability to problem solve.

·         Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
