Requirements
The Role:
Based in the state of the art consumer and sensory science research facility of one of MMR’s largest client, in Chicago, USA, you will assume full responsibility for maintaining and growing the in-house recruitment database, recruitment of research studies and coordinate study execution.
There are two main aspects to the role:
Panel Management & Recruitment
* Manage the internal recruitment database (consumer panel) and maintain respondent records with current and new data points
* Lead efforts to grow panel including;
a. Management of panel engagement & retention strategies through points and reward strategies
b. Social media outreach & advertising
c. Engagement of current database to encourage friend and family referrals
d. Local community outreach
* Updating panelist status in database management & recruitment software
* Program project screeners, quotas, and session times in database management & recruitment software
Study Execution
* Attend project briefings to gain an understanding of each individual project from recruit to execution
* Manage consumer research schedule and monitor upcoming projects, coordinate and manages resources to meet project timelines
* Oversee and manage fieldwork and data collection of quantitative and qualitative research projects & ensure strict quality control
* Hosting clients, including coordinating hospitality deliverables while clients are observing research
What experience are we looking for?
The right person will ideally possess 2+ years of market research recruitment and test execution experience, full knowledge of Microsoft suite software, strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken English. Previous experience using panel management & recruiting software (i.e. ARCS) is strongly desired
