Acentra seeks a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing community outreach activities to promote Acentra Health's programs and services. This includes building relationships with community organizations, attending community events, and coordinating outreach initiatives. The Community Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute outreach strategies that effectively reach target audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- ·Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers to promote Acentra Health's programs and services.
- Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to increase awareness of Acentra Health and its services.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and flyers, to educate the community about Acentra Health's programs and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop outreach strategies that align with Acentra Health's branding and messaging.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities, including tracking outreach efforts, gathering feedback from community partners, and analyzing data.
- Stay informed about community resources and healthcare trends to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
- The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be expanded to include other duties as deemed necessary by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health, or a related field.
- Experience in community outreach or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends and community resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
