Universal Energy Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As a Commercial Sales Representative at Universal Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for selling our sustainable energy solutions to commercial clients in the Cleveland area.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential commercial clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their energy requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to commercial clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and project management, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commercial sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the commercial market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial energy solutions and energy management principles.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to travel within the Cleveland area for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license.
