Additionally, we partner with universities to support collegiate athletes through officially licensed name, image, and likeness (NIL) merchandise marketing platforms.


Job Summary:

Campus Ink is seeking a motivated and creative Collegiate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our campus-based design and sales initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint on appointed college campuses by recruiting and fostering a team of student designers. Your primary responsibility will be to support students in creating unique designs and prospecting and generating sales with organizations such as fraternities, sororities, clubs, and other businesses. Strategic vision, ability to manage talent effectively, experience in sales and creative expertise will be crucial to the success of this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a team of student designers across multiple campuses. Provide coaching and mentorship in design, sales and brand management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to encourage innovation and creativity.
  • Utilize your design background and creative capabilities to educate and train student designers.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and constructive design feedback to improve the overall quality of design outputs.
  • Work closely with students to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with their campus organizations, fraternities, sororities, and local businesses.
  • Manage the moving parts of order creation and production timelines. Communicate with external suppliers, manufacturers, vendors and clients, and coordinate with the internal team on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, analyzing market trends and sales patterns to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Support marketing initiatives to increase program awareness and attract new students.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of Campus Ink through innovative ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design background and sales experience, with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Prior experience in client relationship management and account management skills is strongly preferred.
  • Excited by the idea of managing and mentoring younger talent in a creative environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
