Your Role:

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee and guide the activities of both professional and nonprofessional personnel, providing technical direction and support.
• Innovate and Solve Problems: Develop creative and effective solutions to complex engineering challenges, leveraging your ingenuity and expertise.
• Project Analysis: Evaluate the scope of projects, determine engineering requirements, establish criteria, and conduct economic and feasibility studies.
• Technical Expertise: Offer counsel and assistance on technical matters to engineers, technicians, and supervisory staff.
• Team Coordination: Direct and coordinate team efforts to achieve major project development and design goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, with a preference for candidates with 10+ years (salary commensurate with experience).
• Industry Experience: Refinery experience is preferred; however, experience in the chemical or heavy industry sectors is also considered.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
