MCMHB is seeking an internal candidate for the role of CFC 19 Program Manager. This position will report to the Director of CFC 19. The Program Manager of CFC 19 is a full-time position that will oversee day-to-day operations of CFC 19. This position will be responsible for assisting the Director of CFC 19 in the supervision of staff as well as other duties including but not limited to file reviews, staff training, and the monitoring of deadlines and case notes. This position will carry a reduced caseload. The ideal candidate will be eager and willing to learn and develop their leadership skills and will be passionate about creating and maintaining a respectful, supportive workplace culture that encourages staff to achieve excellence in the program.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, speech, early childhood education, special education or related field which include course work in child development (required by the State of Illinois; cannot be substituted for experience)
- 5+ years' experience in Child & Family Connections
- Thorough understanding of CFC 19 and EI requirements, procedures, and operations
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and ethical conduct skills
- Effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop as a leader
- Maintain confidentiality
- Valid IL driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable means of transportation
