Call Center Representative-REMOTE

OLI Outdoor is currently hiring a remote Call Center Representative to join our team. As a leading outdoor construction company, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.

In this remote position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and concerns. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure prompt resolution of issues. The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
• Provide product information and troubleshoot issues
• Update customer records with accurate and relevant information
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Follow call center scripts and guidelines
• Meet call quality and productivity targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with call center software
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
