Business Intelligence Manager

The Business Intelligence Manager at Mixam will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that optimize operations, drive decision-making, and enhance customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership, tailored to the unique needs of the print industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy & Management: 40% 
• Design and oversee the data architecture and reporting framework to support Mixam’s cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing).
• Develop advanced data models to provide actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiencies.
• Business Intelligence Solutions: 30%
• Implement BI tools and technologies that support Mixam’s strategic initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and system integration across platforms.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Communication: 30%
• Manage a team of data analysts and collaborate with IT, product, and marketing teams to ensure data solutions are aligned with Mixam’s goals.
• Translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and departmental heads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of Mixam’s operational processes and print industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the print or e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to improve business processes through data insights.
