Associate Attorney - Biometric Privacy (BIPA) & Complex Class Actions

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Complex Class Action & Biometric Privacy practice group in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to provide clients with Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”) and tech-related counseling and compliance, as well as to defend technology providers and employers in BIPA class actions.
