Asphalt Superintendent

Our client, a well-established leader in the asphalt and paving industry, is looking for an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to oversee all paving operations. In addition to paving, our client provides services such as grading, milling, stone and base work, concrete, pavement texturizing and coloring, and hot-in-place recycling. They handle a wide range of projects, including highways, subdivisions, commercial parking facilities, industrial drives, railroad yards, and even high-speed racetracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all paving activities on job sites
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Manage crews and equipment for efficient operation
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Maintain safety and compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in asphalt paving, with a background in managing projects such as highways, commercial facilities, and racetracks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of grading, milling, and asphalt recycling processes
