ASC740 - Tax Manager CPA

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced ASC740 Tax Manager CPA to join our client's CPA team. As an ASC740 Tax Manager CPA, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to a diverse client base. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements, including researching and resolving complex tax issues
• Review federal and state income tax returns, estimates, extensions, and provisions
• Assist with tax planning, including evaluating and implementing tax strategies
• Provide guidance and support to staff members
• Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and consulting
• Strong knowledge of ASC740 and tax regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with tax software and MS Office
