The company was founded by two minority women who want to make a difference in how security officers present themselves and represent their employer.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Armed Security Guard at 2W Security, LLC, located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring premises, ensuring safety and security, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship or valid Green Card

Live Scan fingerprints

PERC card

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Strong communication skills, including spoken and written English

Excellent observation skills

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently

Physical fitness and the ability to stand and patrol for extended periods

Good personal grooming habits

Have reliable transportation

Honest and dependable

Experience in security or law enforcement is a plus

Knowledge of security protocols and procedures

20 hours of security guard training (2W Security will provide this training if you are considered for hiring)

20 hours of armed security guard training (2W Security will provide this training if you are considered for hiring)
