Area Sales Manager

We're currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join Elite Sourcing LLC, a growing medical/technology company who has been in business for over 40 years! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, including IL, IN, MI. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and expanding the company's market presence.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical or technology industry
• Demonstrated success in managing territories and exceeding sales targets
• An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not necessary
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients
• A background in life sciences, such as selling into GMP facilities, pharma sales, or medical equipment sales, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with most business concentrated in IL but occasional travel required to MI and IN
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
