Full Job Description
Objective
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for recording timely and accurate financial transactions and supports billing and invoicing for our clients and independent contractors.
Essential functions
· Account collections and customer service
· Operational administration, i.e. customer and IC document creation, CRM management, operations support, and client services support.
· Cash Receipt and Deposit Entry
· AP vendor /payment management
· Growth Chart support
· Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or greater in Accounting, Business or Finance or work equivalent.
· Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
· Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
· Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
· Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
· Outlook Excel, automated accounting software experience required.
