A&K Part-Time Data Coordinator

Position Summary

Data Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Reservation Sales Center with data entry and administration of guest information related to their bookings.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provide data entry support to the entire Reservation Sales Center.
• Maintain A&K service and communication standards.
• Good working knowledge of Travel Studio; enter all data provided via Guest Information Forms, system uploads, and emails into the reservation system and notify Travel Consultant of anything that could affect the guest experience while traveling.
• Save documents to appropriate folders on a shared drive.
• Update Call History and add appropriate notes per procedure.
• Enter and verify all flight details are correctly coordinated with A&K services booked.
• Proactively identify gaps in services as a result of flight information provided by guests/advisors.
• Front Desk coverage as needed.
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with colleagues.
• Special projects or other related duties as required.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required

Special Requirements 

• Evening, weekend, and approved overtime may be required
