Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, is currently in search of a highly experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and maintenance of customer relationships. Your primary focus will be understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions to meet those requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company's offerings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Innovative mindset and a passion for providing customer-oriented solutions
