Key Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones
• Review inspection repair requests
• Schedule inspection repairs with contractors, follow up to ensure they've been completed
• Upload pictures into company software
• Scan and upload invoices into files
• Filing

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily
