HVAC Residential Service Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: M-F 7am-4pm (varies) (on call rotation with other techs)

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• HVAC service: 2 years (minimum)
• Valid Driver’s License
• HVAC Journeyman Card
• EPA Certification

What we expect:

• Lead a team of service technicians, provide mentorship and hands-on training.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. 
• Evaluates work load and assists dispatchers to schedule service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes efficiencies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.  
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• GREAT Communication Skills.
