Responsibilities

• Design for multiple formats: digital, UI, print, package design, social, and branding
• Prepare various file formats to technical and professional specifications
• Translate brand positioning and consumer insights into visual communication
• Monitor design trends and understand human behavior on specific channels
• Represent your work internally and to clients
• Learn about the client's industry and business activities to suggest design solutions
• Create work that motivates the target audience to “take action”
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables at once
• Collaborate and respectfully debate with colleagues
• Work within budgets and deadlines
• Undertake administrative work and keep records as needed

Professional Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in graphic and UI design, whether through agency work, in-house positions, or significant freelance projects.
• A comprehensive design portfolio that showcases a wide range of skills and projects. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have mastered both graphic design and UI.
• Exceptional skills in typography and visual composition, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in key design and wire-framing tools such as Figma, Squarespace, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., is essential. We value candidates who are not just familiar with these tools but can push their capabilities to create exceptional designs.
• A deep understanding of current trends in design, UI/UX best practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge to create user-centered designs.
• Knowledgeable about marketing, advertising, media, and creative strategy, with the ability to integrate design principles with business goals.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and excellent time management skills are necessary for managing multiple accounts and projects across various industries.
• Although degrees can be indicative of a strong foundation, we place a higher value on real-world experience, your portfolio, and the qualities you bring to our team as a person.
