Drake Cooper is experiencing an incredible growth period and we're looking for a seasoned, strategic operations superstar to join our dynamic team! At Drake Cooper, our Executive Director of Operations reports to the CEO and collaborates with various teams throughout the agency to optimize and maintain efficient operations. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead and oversee a team of talented Project Managers.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Boise, Idaho, or Los Angeles California.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a centralized hub to ensure best practices are optimized and documented
- Track MSA expiration dates and work with Account Leads to ensure they are maintained
- Stay abreast of industry pricing standards and unique pricing strategies and provide guidance and data required for agency pricing within contracts
- Develop and implement organizational processes and rollout plans, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
- Optimize Scope of Work templates and roll them out to Account teams. Review all agency contracts and seek outside counsel when necessary. Provide information to CEO and VP, Finance for approval on exceptions
- Run utilization reports and flag any issues to leadership for discussion
- Work with Account Leads to ensure client staff plans are accurate and aligned with budgets
- Identify resourcing gaps or overstaffing based on staff plans
- Meet monthly with Account Leads to ensure client forecasts are updated and shared with the VP of Finance.
- Oversee education and training on processes and best practices
- Design and implement operational frameworks to optimize agency performance and foster a culture of excellence
- Look to find opportunities where agency operations and project management could be maximized or expanded across more areas of the agency

Experience:
- 15+ years of work experience
- Agency operations experience is required
- Management and leadership experience is required
- Production experience preferred
- Media experience preferred
