Key Responsibilities:

CBH Website Manager

• Handling website edits
• Overseeing and Communicating with our Advertising Agency on larger website changes
• Monthly Reporting
• Overseeing customer experience website tools including chatbot and floorplan tools

Assisting CBH SEO Strategy and Management

• Ensuring CBH’s Local Listings are up-to-date
• Working with Consultants on SEO Management

Managing feeds, Reporting and updates on 3rd Party Advertisements

• Monthly Reporting on 3rd Party Advertising Results
• Ensuring Feeds are connected and running
• Auditing Leads into CRM

Assisting in the CBH CRM

• Ensuring website to CRM communication is working properly
• Weekly/monthly reporting 
• Assisting with 3rd party integrations and connections

Requirements

Proven experience in handling various marketing software tools.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in marketing.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a drive to find solutions.

Flexibility to adapt to changes and work outside regular hours if required.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
