As we continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and dedicated Design Selections Assistant to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You will be supporting our Design Team with spec home selections, data entry, paint diagrams, and more. A positive attitude, extreme attention to detail, and high organizational skills are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Spec home selections and entries

- Paint Diagrams

- Correspondence with Team members in the Field

- Houzz Updates

- Canva Updates + Inspiration Boards

- Collaborate on new packages and materials

- Enter and issue change orders

This full-time position is based out of Nampa, Idaho, is available now, offers competitive benefits after an interim period, and has one of the best holiday parties in town.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work

- Professional and courteous demeanor
