Job Description: As an Pediatric Dental Assistant at Dentistry for Children, you’ll be the right hand to our skilled dentists, assisting with a variety of tasks that ensure our patients receive top-notch care. From prepping patients for procedures to maintaining records, you’ll play a critical role in our office’s operations and in the patient experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Dentist: Prepare and set up instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures.
- Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for their appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their treatments.
- X-Rays: Take X-rays with precision and care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, updating charts and files as needed.
- Sterilization and Cleanliness: Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and the treatment areas are clean and well-organized.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in taking X-rays, doing prophys, using dental software and any experience scanning with itero helps.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of patient care and record accuracy.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
