The Customer Experience Marketing Specialist at Delta Dental of Idaho is integral to fostering a customer-centric culture. Collaborating with the VP of Customer Experience, they engage members, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement. In this position you will manage social media content and design impactful campaigns to help tell the Delta Dental of Idaho story.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Social Media Management:
- Coordinate and manage DDID social media content calendar across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business).
- Daily/weekly/monthly post submission and social/digital media content management.
- Utilize Social Media Management Tools (e.g., Sprout Social, HootSuite, Zoho Social) for creation and posting.
- Collaborate with the digital team for social media calendar cohesion and awareness of DDID outreach and event efforts.
- Coordinate with Community Outreach & Events team to plan social media calendar and capture content.
2. Customer Feedback Systems:
- Design and implement online customer surveys using tools like Survey Monkey.
- Collaborate with the VP of CX to track survey responses and analyze metrics for reporting.
- Contribute to action plans based on survey results.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performances using social media platform metric tools.
- Monitor YouTube video creation, posting, and tracking.
- Monthly reporting of social media metrics (followers, engagement, shares) with insights for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Digital and Web Experience Manager for digital tracking (web pages, content, heat mapping).
- Use analytics to contribute to stakeholder customer journey mapping.
4. Content Creation and Production:
- Assist with the creation and production of social media platforms content creation
- Work with the Marketing Team for collateral creation, messaging, and graphic design as needed.
- Contribute to the development of training curriculum for ongoing team knowledge base.
5. General
- Manage and maintain relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates, coordinating collaborations and partnerships with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, values, code of ethics, and compliance/security standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Graphic design proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Client relations, public relations, and influencer networking skills or existing contacts in Idaho
- Storytelling expertise
- Video content creation and short-form video production for social media. Vimeo AI
- WordPress/CMS understanding
- Experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Oscar, Synthesia, Descript and Zapier
- Email marketing proficiency (MailChimp, Sendgrid, etc.)
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
