Apartment Maintenance - CBH Rentals

Currently, we are looking for a reliable, trustworthy apartment maintenance team member that is willing to maintain all aspects of our community's operations and objectives.

Job Duties:

• Day to day maintenance operations of assigned community (including but not limited to): work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor and inventory management.

• Compliant with all company standards and the employee handbook.
• Current on applicable laws.

• Ensures all inventory controls are in compliance with company standards.
• Works with the Community Manager as directed.
• Operates under the safety and operating standards as set forth by the company.
• Has the ability to work flexible hours and take on-call duty when necessary.
