Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Meridian, ID
Pay: $18 - $22/hr

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team as an Office Assistant in Meridian, ID! This full-time position is stationed at the front office desk, offering vital support to various departments and personnel within the organization. The Office Assistant will collaborate closely with the area manager, department managers, lab manager, project managers, office/lab/field personnel, and other project assistants to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering office phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with the scheduling of field technicians and coordinating their assignments.
- Learning and utilizing electronic systems to support daily operations efficiently.
- Providing administrative support to managers and project assistants as needed.
- Assisting with basic office tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new electronic systems and software.
- Prior experience in an office environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
