Full Job Description
This position is dedicated to the provision of concierge level medical care, hospitality and customer service to members, staff and guests and to support the on-site clinic operation. This is a seasonal assignment at a resort club in Coeur d'Alene, ID. with Full time and Part time opportunities available. The ideal candidate will live within 30 miles of the club. As part of the on-site clinical team, this position will be key in maintaining Patronus’ presence at the property, and following best practice clinical guidelines. Patronus’ Paramedic will provide quality and excellence in the delivery of emergency and preventative medical care services to patients. This role is critical in setting and exceeding delivery and service expectations for clients and team members.
Requirements
● Provide preventative, therapeutic and emergency medical care to the members, staff and guests of club.
● Maintain all supplies and medical equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and Patronus procedures.
● Maintain inventory of all medical supplies and equipment on club property.
● Maintain electronic medical records system.
● Assist with monthly consolidated reporting on all clinical services provided.
● Assist with maintaining and developing policies and procedures for all clinical operations including telemedicine capabilities.
● Assist with maintaining medical evacuation policies and procedures.
● Coordinate medical referrals and consultations with local and remote physicians including telemedicine consultations.
● Develop and present training programs for on-site staffs and guests as requested.
● Experience working with high-net worth individual in hospitality environment preferred.
● Assist as needed in business development meetings with on management staff.
● Provide insight into the strategic direction of the on-site clinical care team and Patronus mission.
● Generate and maintain accurate billing records for services rendered.
Prerequisites:
● Must possess a valid and unencumbered Idaho State Paramedic license/RN License
● Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) preferred
● Minimum 3 years 911 ALS field experience or ER required, critical care transport experience preferred
● Minimum associates level degree from an accredited institution preferred
● CCEMTP or equivalent critical care transport program strongly preferred
● Certified in BLS, PALS, ACLS and PHTLS (or equivalent training) is required, instructor certifications preferred
● Must be fluent in the English language

● Previous experience interacting with high net worth or equivalent individuals
