The Legal Aid Society of Hawaiʻi is Hawaiʻi’s oldest and largest non-profit public interest law firm with offices statewide. Our organization is dedicated to providing legal assistance and advocacy to individuals and families in need.
We are currently seeking a Secretary/Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, both in person and virtually. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and organizing emails and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing legal documents and forms
- Maintaining confidential client information
- Assisting with data entry and recordkeeping
- Managing office supplies and equipment

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a secretary or virtual assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus

Compensation:
