We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Life Coach to join our team. As a life coach at WoodFire Leadership, you will work with clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, overcome obstacles, and lead fulfilling lives. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients via video conferencing or phone
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals
• Provide guidance and support to clients in areas such as career development, personal growth, and work-life balance
• Utilize various coaching techniques and tools to help clients achieve their objectives
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest coaching practices and methodologies

Requirements

• Certified life coach with relevant credentials (ICF certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a life coach or in a related role
• Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Proficient in using video conferencing tools and online coaching platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to client issues
