Headquarters (HQ) PACAF/A317 provides Major Command level programmatic and budget oversight that includes acquiring, deploying, testing, operating, and maintaining live training support systems and infrastructure for operational testing and air combat training within Alaska and the Pacific Region. Supporting the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), Pacific Air Force (PACAF), in support of US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) objectives by coordinating with various Armed Forces throughout the Area of Operations flying units. The PACAF Deployable/Fixed Range capabilities integrates Department of Defense (DoD), host-nation Philippine/JAPAN/KOREA Air Force, and proprietary systems and equipment to support analytical, solutions-focused manager with extensive experience in planning, refining, and directing inventory/logistics, equipment management, and sustainment operations.
Qualis Corporation is seeking an PACAF Logistics Liaison Officer (LNO) to support movement, installation, operations, maintenance, and sustainment of range management equipment and systems. The LNO will work closely with DoD, PACAF, contractors, commercial, and Host-Nation program managers, engineers, and technicians.
Requirements
Responsible for providing timely and accurate support for the entire chain of range logistics. Coordinates closely with PACAF Exercise Branch and funding personnel to ensure all equipment is functional and serviceable to meet joint exercise requirements. Coordinates with units on movement of assets to various places in the PACAF Southeast Asia region not limited to U.S. Territories and Protectorates including Guam, Northern Marianas, Philippines, Japan, Thailand, and Singapore. Advanced expertise in large-scale inventory control and planning support of multimillion-dollar budgets. Highly adept in identifying and resolving complex challenges in timely manner. Articulate communicator skilled in collaborating across functional areas to drive cohesive operations. Combined years of Major Command Staff Action Officer experience with Headquarters (HQ) Pacific Air Forces Munitions, Advance Programs Divisions and HQ Air Combat Command Advanced Programs and Weapon and Tactics.
Essential Functions:
· Experience in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility; leading and managing logistics and operations for the US Air Force and DoD industry.
· In-depth perspective from both a management and worker level of operations, personnel, programs, safety, compliance, contracts and security requirements for aircraft and munitions.
· Expert in equipment accountability, handling, storage, transportation, compliance, demilitarization and industrial/ground safety.
· Skilled in Cradle to Grave Program Management – experienced working with both military and top defense industries on acquisition, contracts, safety and security programs.
· Very adept with personnel management, training, and supervision functions, including scheduling, delegation, and task evaluation for both US and foreign personnel.
· Functions in high pressure situations – able to prioritize assignments/meet operational timelines.
· Experienced INDOPACOM and PACAF Staff Action Officer.
· Skilled in operations and exercise planning as well as financial, budget POMs and resource management.
· Extremely skilled in written and oral communications to all levels of leadership.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
· A minimum of 4 years of experience as U.S. Military Officer.
· Bachelor's degree required. Operational experience in lieu of education is considered.
· Strong customer service, organizational skills, knowledge of applicable DoD/Government policies and procedures are required.
· Must be an effective communicator and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· A high level of personal integrity and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters with proper judgment is required.
· Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
· U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills:
· Completed formal training (FAA or military) on Digital Airport Surveillance Radar, Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System, Instrument Landing System, or shore communications systems.

Security Clearance:
