Role Overview
As a Vivia caregiver, you will be working in multiple homes helping various clients one on one. You will be provided with a company car to drive from client to client around 2 designated neighborhoods. Must be a reliable individual and work a consistent schedule. Our Vivia RN team leaders ensure that our caregivers are provided with the best support possible. This position is 40 hours a week, paying $22 per hour.
*Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) to apply*
*Vivia Assistants earn $21/hour during the 90 day probationary period during which orientation and on the job training takes place and then increases to $22/hour after successful completion of that probationary period.
** Except during some holidays
Requirements
- Current and valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Experience in the healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification).
- Reliable transportation is a must (company car provided for work-related travel).
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Health Clearance / Physical Exam within the last year.
- Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within the last year).
- Must possess a smartphone and access email.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption.
