CNA/NA for In-Home Care - Flexible Schedules

Ho'okele Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our team. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a CNA or NA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and overall quality of life for our clients.

• Hourly Personal Care Assistant - Our personal care assistants work one-on-one with clients allowing them to develop meaningful relationships and make impactful differences in the lives of our clients. We have client visits ranging between 4 hours and 12 hours and can work together to develop a schedule that works best for you.
  • Starting Pay: $18/hour* (Full-Time)
  • For shifts less than 8 hours we pay $20/hour (Full-Time)
  • We pay differentials for couples and advanced cases too.

* Following successful completion of 90 day training/introductory period. During 90 day training/introductory period pay is $1 less per hour.

Responsibilities May Include

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform medication reminders.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activities.

Requirements

• Valid CNA or NA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic CPR and First-Aid certification (No online CPR)
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam (within a year)
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within a year)
• Must have a smartphone
• MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption
