Role Overview

*To apply, you must have a CNA or NA and a valid driver's license*

• This role is FULL TIME (40 hours per week) and pays $22 per hour!
• Day shift only 7/8am - 5pm
• As a Vivia caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support in multiple clients' homes,
• We provide a company car to travel within two neighborhoods.
• Duties may include light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, meal prep, med reminders, etc.
• We prioritize reliability and support from our Vivia team leaders.

*The initial 90-day probation period pays $21/hour and will increase to $22/hour afterwards*

Requirements

• Current and valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Valid drivers license and comfortable driving around Island
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification).
• Experience in the healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation is a must (company car provided for work-related travel).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam within the last year.
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within the last year).
• Must possess a smartphone and access email.
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption.
