Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment? Do you enjoy collaborating with clients across various industries while mentoring and leading a team? If so, we want you on our team!

As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to our clients. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple industries, working closely with clients to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the success of our firm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute audit and review procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and financial operations.
  • Assess risks and evaluate internal control structures to identify potential improvements.
  • Perform and document analytical procedures, substantive testing, and controls testing.
  • Draft and review financial statements and client deliverables with precision.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff auditors, reviewing their work for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing valuable insights and solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the engagement, from planning to final issuance.
  • Maintain high technical proficiency in GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of public accounting experience.
  • Experience working with nonprofits, unions, and benefit plans is a plus.
  • Actively pursuing or already holding a CPA license.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
