Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
2. Manage goods and materials within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, and distributing.
3. Ensure the accuracy of inventory data and update records promptly.
4. Optimize inventory processes to minimize losses and waste.
5. Team Leadership:
6. Lead, train, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
7. Assign tasks and be responsible for team performance assessments.
8. Planning and Coordination:
9. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely customer delivery.
10. Ensure effective cooperation with suppliers, transportation companies, and other relevant departments.
11. Safety and Compliance:
12. Adhere to safety regulations and hygiene standards, ensuring the safety and compliance of warehouse operations.
13. Conduct regular safety training and facility inspections.
14. Problem Solving:
15. Address inventory anomalies such as damage, loss, or expired items, and take appropriate corrective measures.
16. Track inventory issues and make improvement recommendations.
17. Cost Control:
18. Manage the costs of warehouse operations, control inventory, and human resource expenses.
19. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
20. Customer Service:
21. Handle customer inquiries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
22. Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Fluent in Chinese and English

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience, with a preference for those with leadership or team management experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and computer skills.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent leadership and management skills, capable of coordinating and directing warehouse teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working closely with supply chain, transportation, and other departments.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and hygiene standards related to warehouse operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling inventory anomalies and emergencies.
• Attention to detail in record-keeping and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and office software such as MS Office.
• Emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
