Lookout Pest Control is seeking a strategic VP of Marketing to lead our marketing team and support the growth of our private equity backed, HIGH GROWTH home services company!  Must reside in Georgia.

With over 40 years in the business, Lookout has earned an A+ reputation for customer service and nurtured a welcoming culture! We are intentional about looking for diverse candidates, and are seeking a Vice President of Marketing that will: 

Overview of Responsibilities: 

Lead Marketing Integrations: 

  • Consistently evaluate and enhance Marketing Playbooks to elevate execution and outcomes 
  • Strategically allocate resources – budget and human capital – to successfully carry out integrations 
  • Draft and execute company communications 
  • Take a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting internal and external partners with execution 

Lead Sales Marketing Strategy: 

  • Develop lead-generating marketing plans to support each market or acquisition, as needed, to reach revenue targets 
  • Partner with Sales department to maximize marketing leads 
  • Oversee digital marketing partner(s) to maximize retainer and budget 
  • Generate and evaluate reporting and propose strategy adjustments, where needed 

Protect the Brand: 

  • Oversee creative design to ensure it remains on brand for Lookout and its subsidiaries 
  • Develop social media strategy and oversee execution 
  • Ensure all entities are a positive reflection of the brand, including but not limited to online listings, website, social media

Lead Marketing Team: 

  • Onboard, train and manage Marketing team members and vendors 
  • Create a positive, organized and high-standard environment  
  • Report on behalf of platform marketing to the Board of Directors 
  • Actively participate in meetings and contribute valuable strategies and insights as the Marketing leader 
  • Set quarterly and annual goals for the department 
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel regularly, approximately 1-2 times per month or as needed 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset. 
  • Proven track record as a successful VP of Marketing with 10+ years of experience. 
  • Home services experience preferred.
