Vice President of Product Management, Platform Solutions

Vatica Health seeks a visionary Vice President (VP) of Product to shape the future of our healthcare technology products. This role involves leading the product management team to enhance healthcare outcomes for patients, providers, and payers. The VP of Product will manage product managers and owners, working closely with teams across product strategy, marketing, sales, business operations, and support, contributing to our annual product roadmap.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a proven ability to drive new product capabilities from concept to market success. They will guide the development of Vatica Health’s innovative solutions, which combine expert clinical teams with advanced technology to improve diagnosis accuracy and financial and clinical performance for health plans and providers.

We are looking for a Vice President (VP) of Product who will play a pivotal role in the future of Vatica Health. Our VP of Product will be responsible for collaborating on the vision and executing the development of our healthcare technology products to improve healthcare for patients, providers, and payers. This person will oversee other product managers and owners, collaborating with the product strategy, marketing, sales, business, operations, and support teams, as well as contributing to the overall vision for our annual product roadmap. This leader is accountable for ACV and pipeline growth for the products, working in strong collaboration with our go-to-market product strategy, sales, sales enablement, alliances, and marketing teams, as well as engineering, UX and product management organizations. We are seeking a client and design-obsessed VP with the ambition, experience, and passion to help take Vatica Health Product and Corporate Systems Portfolio to the next level of success.

Responsibilities

Product Management:

• Design user-friendly coding solutions in collaboration with Clinical Operations and enhance internal users' productivity leveraging technologies like NLP/LLM.
• Develop platform solutions with well-defined supply, core, and application sides
• Driving ACV and pipeline growth

Strategic Collaboration:

• Work with leadership on the vision for Vatica Health’s product platforms and corporate systems.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external executive leadership.
• Collaborating across various teams to execute product strategy.
• Fostering strong C-Level relationships.

Team Leadership:

• Overseeing product managers and owners.
• Develop and lead a team, linking performance to business objectives.

Roadmap Execution:

• Develop and execute the annual product roadmap with various teams.

Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from roadmap creation to customer success.

Customer Engagement:

• Ensure products meet customer needs through direct engagement during pre-sales and post-sales implementations.

Functional Design:

• Translate customer requirements into functional designs and lead agile development teams.
• Create compelling demos for internal and external use.

Product Evangelism:

• Promote new features internally and externally, creating compelling demos and participating in industry events.

Requirements

Experience:

• 10+ years in product management or similar roles, with a focus on healthcare products (Risk Adjustment and QoC initiatives).
• Familiarity with Clinical and coding staff as product partners.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational issues with (portfolio management, risk management, etc.)

Leadership:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire product teams.
• Professionalism, dedication, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with SaaS enterprise product management and the technology landscape.

Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to contribute to go-to-market strategies and translate customer-centric visions into actionable roadmaps

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in high-level business discussions.

Customer Focus:

• Demonstrated success in customer-centric product development.

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $220,000 (annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
