Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent and Culture Lead. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Talent a Culture to actively recruit on AEC roles and lead all culture building activities/employee recognition. The ideal candidate will have a background in AEC recruiting, event planning and an interest in growing in HR processes/procedures. Requirements
- Actively recruit for AEC roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial hiring kick off, screening of candidate, coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process in collaboration of Head of Talent and Culture.
- Maintain recruitment records and metrics, and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
- Execute and maintain strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement, such as: employee events, awards, birthday’s and anniversaries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent and Culture and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment and culture-building goals
- Act as a representative of the organization in external recruitment events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction recruiting with excellent communication skills
- Ability to focus on the details.
- Experience in developing and overseeing company events is a plus.
- Experience driving process improvements, software optimization, and SOP revisions.
- Familiarity with HR onboarding and offboarding is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple parties while maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Benefits
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $75,000 and $90,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
