Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process, managing employee relations, and ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The right talent for this position will be a self starter, hands on and have recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment .
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract potential talents in the health care industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Ensure all interviews and pre-employment procedures are followed in a timely manner throughout the hiring process and new employees are onboarded correctly.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese Mandarin, fluent in written and spoken
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, management processes.
- Knowledge of HR management systems and regulations in the United States, with the ability to ensure company compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
