Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics, recognized for our exceptional service in personal care since 1982, is seeking a dedicated Survey Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering valuable feedback from our clients to enhance our services and ensure we continue to provide top-notch experiences.

As a Survey Agent, you will be responsible for conducting customer satisfaction surveys, both online and in-person, to assess client experiences and impressions. Your insights will directly contribute to our commitment to quality and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and gather feedback from clients post-visit
• Analyze survey responses to identify areas for improvement
• Report findings to management and collaborate on action plans
• Engage with clients to encourage participation in surveys
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy throughout the feedback process
• Assist in developing survey questionnaires and methodologies

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; preference for candidates with experience in customer service or market research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in using online survey tools and basic data analysis software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work at various times based on client availability
