Store Manager

Little Caesars Pizza is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive the success of our location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing the team effectively. Your leadership will be key to achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and manage staff performance
• Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues
• Train, develop, and retain team members
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial management
• Customer-focused with a passion for service
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is a plus
