The Sales Specialist will be responsible for increasing revenue from existing partners and activation of new partners.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with new and existing partner inquiries, partner onboarding, portfolio and pricing creation.
- New partner signing, implementation, launch and post-launch activities
- Existing partner proactive revenue initiatives and escalation on issues
- Increase revenue with existing partners as assigned
- Proactive engagement with low producing and dormant partners
- Intake new partner inquiries and sign up
- Provides exceptional customer support via phone, email and chat to external and internal customers.
- Ongoing correspondence with partners after boarding to ensure a continuous relationship and account submittals
- Facilitate and lead effective processes for external and internal information gathering and analysis; negotiation preparation and execution; and agreement management to maximize benefits.
- Perform high-level analysis of prospects business processes, procedures and requirements in preparation for solution presentations. Ability to uncover, understand and capture customer’s business and technical requirements.
- Assist internal customers, external customers, partners and software vendors in gaining the most value from our products and services by identifying additional training needs and implementing training sessions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the market opportunity, segmentation, target customers, wants and needs.
- Prepare custom pricing, detailed solutions & presentations based on the findings and understanding of the customers’ business requirements. Deliver product solution demonstrations in support of the sales process
- Provide business development and sales teams with escalated Tier II ongoing support in fulfillment of RFI's, RFP's and other customer/prospect driven requests
- Acts as subject matter expert for Check/ACH products and assists Business Development team-members with presenting solutions to and persuading customers.
- Work with customers and channel partners to resolve open issues and escalate customer satisfaction issues to the appropriate internal or external resources where applicable.
- Assists with implementing and tracking companywide promotions related to Check/ACH/POS products
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Self-motivated professional
- Sales acumen
- Efficient executing projects and objectives amongst multiple functions (product, marketing, sales, operations, pricing)
- Experience working with reseller channels, ACH and/or payments processing experience
- Collaboration with senior leadership
- Creative problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 years project management experience (or similar)
- Technical aptitude
- Proven ability to uncover and deliver revenue through partnerships
